Hänibüel – 3x3 town apartments
Concept
The Hänibüel complex is limited to three residential buildings, each containing three homes. The buildings are located in an area that features villas of different sizes and styles, with unrivalled lake and mountain views. To blend in with this mixed neighbourhood structure, the complex comprises three buildings of similar size but featuring different designs. They stretch from a rather narrow building beside the bank of the Mänibach southwards, to the second building, which is somewhat wider, followed by the third, which is almost a cube. The architectural design is restrained and focused mainly on the proportions of the three buildings. They are distinguished from one another by their colour schemes, dimensions and staggered arrangement.
Location
The upmarket residential district of Hänibüel is in a prime location at the foot of the Zugerberg. Its peaceful surroundings, proximity to the town of Zug and good public transport connections make it a great place to live. Those who come to live in this unique location, with its panorama views, end up never wanting to leave. As a result, new properties rarely come up for sale here.
Marketing
Thanks to years of experience in selling properties, a good network of contacts within the region and appealing sales materials, all of the homes were soon sold to new owners.
Properties
Nine large town apartments, which meet the highest standards of security, Minergie, sound insulation, building automation, materials, flexibility and comfort. Every one of these fabulous new apartments offers a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The division of the complex into three separate buildings also provides a number of benefits.
